It was an experience, and I think it's appropriately named, The Tinah Marie Experience. It's something that somebody has to see and to feel.

Tinah showed me in love who I could be if I changed my heart, if I changed my mind, that life would be different. And it has, it has.

Tinah helped me unpack something that was really hurting me and reframe my actions so that I could show up better for myself. Tinah approached complexity with compassion.
